• Community building and square

After approximately 20 years of efforts, the construction works for the square and the Community Council offices were completed in 2011, allowing for these premises, along with the Cultural Events Hall, to contribute to the effective upgrade of the Community’s cultural and entertaining events.

• Car Parking Places

Several parking places have been designated in the centre of the village.

• Sewerage System

The first stage of the Sewerage System of our Community has been completed and its operation is expected to commence very soon.

• Schools  

Operating in our Community are the Nursery School, Preschool, Primary School and the Regional Gymnasium. Our school buildings are housed in contemporary premises contributing to the creation of a complete educational system. 

• Community Park

• Road network, construction of flood-protection works and pavements

Improvement of the road network, construction of flood-protection works and pavements along all main arteries of the Community.

• Construction of a water reservoir

In the last few years our community has resolved its water supply problems with the construction of a large water reservoir with a capacity of 500 tones located at the highest point of the village, at the location “Lefkovanos”. This new water reservoir, along with the three existing reservoirs with a capacity of 450 tonnes, cover all the water supply needs of the Community. Additionally, three more successful water drillings have been dug.
